I’m also a total foodie who thrives on curating culinary adventures that immerse you in local flavors and hidden gems. Having lived with life-threatening food allergies and traveling with my allergy-alert service dog Elton, I understand the challenges of navigating dietary needs on the road. I’m here to guide you safely and confidently every step of the way.

Born and raised in Ottawa, I’ve explored almost every corner of Canada (it’s a big country!), lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for seven years (hello, wine country!), eaten my way through Italy, and spent the last five years discovering the magic of Costa Rica.
