The room includes access to a shared bathroom with the Queen Room, making this pairing ideal for a small group of friends traveling together. Guests choosing this option also receive a small price break for sharing the bathroom.

This room is only available as double occupancy, meaning it can only be booked by two guests traveling together who would like to share the room.

About 2 months before the trip, we open a private WhatsApp group so everyone can start connecting.

It’s where the excitement builds — sharing travel plans, asking questions, and getting to know the group. During the trip, the chat becomes our daily hub for updates, photos, and reliving the day’s adventures together.

Before we leave, we’ll have a group video call so everyone can meet face-to-face, go over the trip details, and ask any questions. By the time we arrive in Nicaragua, you’ll already recognize friendly faces.

After the trip, we’ll reconnect one more time to reflect on the experience, share favorite moments, and celebrate the friendships created along the way. Because trips like this don’t just create memories — they create real connections.

✈️ Flights

Please fly into Managua International Airport (MGA).

Arrival:
Your flight should arrive no later than 2:00 PM on November 1, 2026.

Departure:
We will leave the villa at 8:00 AM on November 7, arriving at MGA around 11:00 AM.

Airlines typically recommend arriving 3 hours before international departures, so please book your return flight no earlier than 2:00 PM.

If your flights arrive or depart outside these times, airport transportation will be at your own expense — but we’re happy to help arrange it.

If you’d like to arrive early or stay longer, I’d be happy to help you plan that as well.

🚐 Airport Transportation

Group transportation between MGA Airport and the villa is included on November 1 and November 7 if your flights fall within the recommended times.

Arrival Day – November 1
Our group transfer will leave the airport at approximately 3:00 PM, so please ensure your flight arrives by 2:00 PM.

If you arrive the day before, you are welcome to meet the group at the airport at 3:00 PM to join the transfer.

Departure Day – November 7
Group transportation will leave the villa at 8:00 AM, arriving at the airport at approximately 11:00 AM.

Please book your return flight no earlier than 2:00 PM.

I’m not vegan — can I still come on the trip?
Absolutely! Everyone is welcome. While all meals provided during the retreat will be 100% vegan, you definitely do not need to be vegan to join. Many guests come simply because they’re curious, love great food, or want to experience something new.

Do I need to come with someone? Not at all. Many guests come solo and quickly connect with the group.

What if I’m nervous about traveling with people I don’t know?

Almost everyone feels this way before the trip. But by the end of the week, guests often say the friendships they made were one of the most meaningful parts of the experience.

Do I need to be very active? No. Experiences are designed so everyone can enjoy them. There’s always time to relax as well.

What is your cancellation policy? All trip payments are 100% non-refundable. Because of this, trip cancellation insurance is mandatory to protect your investment. Unexpected things happen in life — illness, family emergencies, travel disruptions — and insurance ensures you’re protected if something comes up.

Are kids welcome? Generally, our trips are designed for guests 21+. However, in some cases exceptions can be made for children travelling with their parents. If you’re interested in bringing your child, please get in touch and we can discuss the details.

Are flights included? Flights are not included in the trip price. However, we’re happy to review your flight options before you book to make sure the timing works well with the group itinerary and airport transfers.
